Amazing experience at Palladio Hotel M Gallery for our Honeymoon

Prior to our arrival, we were staying in Buenos Aires for a few days at another property and then going to Iguazu falls before our stay at Palladio Hotel M gallery. We reached out via email to see if it was possible to drop off our bags for a few days until we returned to Buenos Aires. Matias Fernandez responded to our email quickly and was super helpful from the get go allowing us to drop off our bags! He warmly greeted us when we got there to drop them off and assured us they would be there for us when we got back. Upon arriving to the property, we were warmly greeted by the front door staff and front desk staff and given iced teas. What a nice touch! The property itself is a beautiful escape from the busy city. It has a modern NY or Vegas vibe but is very clean. The staff are honestly what sets it apart. We’ve stayed in many 4-5 star hotels and this is at the top of our list. Matias warmly welcomed us again and checked us in. Upon arrival to the room, our bags were already waiting for us. Our room also included complimentary breakfast (warm breakfast foods, pastries, yogurt, juices, raw honey comb, fresh fruit etc) which was one of the nicest we’ve had. All of the hotel staff, from breakfast to the gym staff which we frequented daily, to housekeeping were warm friendly and welcoming! Matias went above and beyond and even let us have late check out since we didn’t leave for our flight until 5 pm. Thank you for an amazing stay at Palladio Hotel M gallery for our honeymoon and especially to Matias :) he is an amazing asset to your company!

This hotel is superb in every way. The rooms are spacious and attractive. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious. With a wide assortment and made to order items. The staff is extremely helpful, especially Blanca at the front desk. The location of the hotel is excellent too

The staff were exceptional. They helped us with every issue we had, be it with dietary requirements or swapping rooms when we requested it. We were treated brilliantly from the very start with an early check, which was very welcome after a long flight.

Room, staff, cuisine, concierge - all excellent!

The hotel rooms and staff were outstanding. Buffet breakfast was abundant and very reasonably priced. The highlight of our stay, though, was the concierge, Diego, who made our B.A. visit special - he secured reservations at the Teatro Colón for opera and the B.A. Philharmonic. Recommendations for Iguazu Falls, restaurants, and other tips were spot on. While we originally planned for one stay of four nights, we made a second visit (extending our stay after travel to Patagonia and Uruguay) for an additional four nights. That's how great our experience was! Thank you to everyone for your hospitality.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, including the lobby staff and the bar/restaurant staff. The room was clean, good lighting, comfortable, and had everything you may need. The balcony was a nice spice. The location is perfect in the city.
