Wonderful hotel in the center of Buenos Aires. Excellent location, lovely rooms, good breakfast and a nice SPA. We also had a nice dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The only problem was trying to get the TV to work. I called reception to fix it, they did but the next morning had the same problem. 5 stars anyway as the TV was not a priority :)

We love this hotel. Excellent location, fantastic employees, clean rooms. But this review is about the Negresco bar. Juan made the most amazing cocktails. Try the Sejuan cocktail with the Red wine malbec reduction...delicious.. thanks Juan..

A very good hotel with spacious comfortable rooms (Deluxe suite). Good central position. Subte (Metro) very close. Only the noise isolation is not the best. Very kind stuff, especially Marcelo at breakfast service. Good breakfast and dinner. Very good room service.

I’m a gold All member. But made my reservation by *Hotels (free night was better than the All’s discount). Paid a luxury room with a nice view, advertising photo showing the front park). As soon I get in the room, the first thing I do is to open the window to check the view. I get depressed with bad ones! Well, see below what they gave me… Unhappy with that I went to the reception desk and complained about that. Said that was not what I’d reserved and that I was a All gold member…the gentleman than answered: “sorry, you are indeed, but your reservation wasn’t made by us, so that’s the best we can do for you, next time do it directly with our reservation staff”… Well, something these reception desk gentleman should be advised in their trainee program is that for him a guest must not be treated like one more in a crowd and wash your hands saying “I’m sorry “ or “next time…”. Because, for the guest that is a special occasion in his lifetime, which he was waiting for and hoping not being disappointed! Shame on you!

Superb hotel in city center

This property is a ‘stand out’ in many respects. Firstly the location is perfect for exploring the city. Taxis are fairly inexpensive but if you do Uber it’s even better value and they are efficient and friendly. Our room was spacious with a large well appointed bathroom with full size tub and shower. Nice touches like a built in transformer and charging station in the desk. Well stocked mini bar, Nespresso machine etc. Huge closets and super comfy bed. Evening turndown service - everything is spotless. We are always a bit wary of hotel restaurants, but theirs is first class which we tried on our first night- delicious and beautifully presented with decent wine list. Breakfast was an enormous spread of anything you could think of! The staff are smiling and can’t do enough for you. Diego on the front desk was hugely impressive making suggestions for what to see and do as well as recommending bars and restaurants and making reservations. Our four night stay could not be faulted. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
