Excellent hotel, great atmosphere and very competent and helpful staff.

The hotel facilities and services are amazing, Staff are extremely helpful and always seeking feedback, I received direct support from Ahmed Amer and Eman. You have got an outstanding Kids club team, they kept my kids busy 😀 and happy. Food tastes great and restaurants team is very active 💪.

We had a lovely stay at rixos alamein w enjoyed our stay there especially the crystal clear blue beach and we would like to thank mr ahmed and mr kareem( reception) and also a very special thank you to miss sohaila and miss eman ( guest relations) for going above and beyond to make our stay extra special

No words can describe me and my family third time vacation at this truly exceptional resort, Rixos Alamein. We are thrilled to share our continued admiration for this remarkable place.. No matter how exhausted we become before our holiday, definitely this place always succeeds to drive us for the most relaxful and enjoyable vacation with all of the pleasant details we can imagine and dream of, among the most generous and super friendly staff we could ever meet :) I am delighted to share that our experience continues to surpass all expectations. Each time we have the pleasure of staying at this iconic place, it reaffirms our beliefs that it is truly a slice of paradise on Earth :) Before and upon our arrival, and as usual, we have been greeted with a familiar sense of tranquility and a warm welcome that always make us feel we were welcomed back to our second home :) All of our requests have been fulfilled graciously & generously.. We had a very quick check-in.. Our spacious room was magnificent as usual, waking up each morning to a breathtaking panorama view, providing a seamless connection either to the hotel facilities or the surrounding natural beauty. Everyday morning and after having a super delicious breakfast with lots of delicious varieties, we enjoyed our breathtaking beach time.. The sight of and being immersed in the crystal clear waters gently caressing the shore, framed by stretches of soft white sand, was simply mesmerizing :) Combining such relaxing & marvelous experience with a walk, from time to time, across breathtaking & stunning greenery areas along with fresh scent of blooming flowers mingled with the gentle breeze created a serene and enchanting atmosphere with unforgettable moments :) We had the pleasure as well of indulging in a magnificent cabana experience that added an extra touch of luxury to our beach retreat :) It was a true highlight of our stay, elevating our beachside relaxation to new heights :) Our Lunch and Dinning experience was anything but ordinary as well, either with a stunning Seaview or indoor at the Mediterranean, Asian, Sardella, Turkish iconic restaurants, while enjoying incredible variety of food that always tantalize our taste buds :) This time, we were thrilled by The Mangal restaurant experience which is from our point of view the hotel's signature restaurant, with its unique grill experience, elegant décor and intimate ambiance, along with sheer variety and quality of meat, provided me and my family with the perfect setting for a stamped memorable and dinning-by-the-sea experience full of the hotel's dedication to provide an extraordinary one, with the rhythmic sound of the waves, the gentle sea breeze, and the panoramic views of the moonlit sea which all added an ethereal touch to the evening :) It's worth noting as well that my Son had a completely enjoyable time full of fun and adventurous moments at Rixy Club with all of its new activities :) In addition to our captivating memories, the exceptional service at this hotel continued to impress us. The staff's genuine warmth and attentiveness amplified our overall experience, making us feeling honored, cherished and truly valued guest. Most of the staff members were attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. They have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine warmth and attention to the details have left an indelible mark on our experience. From the friendly smiles to the personalized touch and assistance throughout our stay, their dedication to creating unforgettable moments is truly commendable. It was a true testament to the hotel's commitment to providing exceptional hospitality that outstanded the splendor of its surroundings.
