The stay was great . Best beach in North Coast. Hospitality was great .. But unacceptable and unbelievable that in the restaurant in such a very over overrated hotel you find an unprofessional one of the staff in the restaurant starring at you while you take seafood to your plate to embarrass you to take little of it . Never seen before..

The hotel facilities and services are amazing, Staff are extremely helpful and always seeking feedback, I received direct support from Ahmed Amer and Eman. You have got an outstanding Kids club team, they kept my kids busy 😀 and happy. Food tastes great and restaurants team is very active 💪.
