Restaurant manager was very decent and helpful. Really such a nice person I think his name was Nader. Im not sure . Also at the reception Aya give us a booking for sushi . That was really nice. Also Farida in the reception was always smiling and was very helpful with our inquiries and requests. Overall all of the staff there were so nice.

We spent 4 nights in October this year, the rate in October is much less than in the summer but the food was not fresh, at the end of my stay, I had diarrhea for few days. I recommend to have less items but fresh. Another concern which is the staff at the restaurant came and enforced us to give them a good review which is unacceptable at all.

Food is excellent .Service is very good .Cleanliness excellent We were given an upgrade to a good view room .However couldn’t sleep because of the very loud music . Asked the acting manager Mr Yousef to reduce the volume so that I can sleep .Nothing happened Very ineffective management as well as Aya guest relations who listened but did nothing .Very rigid management as there was many ways to reduce the volumes and still have people enjoy the music
