Al mio arrivo non è stata trovata la prenotazione perché al front desk pensavano che il mio cognome fosse “Dr.” ; la stanza molto piccola e non come da prenotazione (35 metri quadri); ventilazione della stanza molto rumorosa e sistema di spegnimento bloccato (dopo numerose telefonate alla reception, i tecnici hanno bussato alla porta alle 2 del mattino).

Albergo molto bello ad Almaty. Entrando ci si trova in una piazza con pergolato circondata da boutique... al coperto e riscaldata. Spa con piscina semi olimpionica bagno turco sauna e stanza della pioggia oltre a 50 diversi tipi di massaggi. Stanze adeguate ad un 5 stelle

Hotel eccellente nel centro della città. Cucina Internazionale combinata con specialita' influenzate da aromi orientali (turchi). Centro termale e fitness molto buona, pulita e ben attrezzata. Molto grande e luminoso lobby bar con piante e fiori. croissant deliziosi e crostate alla "Patisserie du Ciel" si trova sul lato del lobby bar. Non abbastanza spazio per il parcheggio. Il personale è sempre pronto ad aiutare sorridente, parla fluentemente inglese.

tutto molto curato, dalla pulizia alla preparazione e gentilezza del personale. colazione degna di un hotel 5* internazionale. spa molto ben fatta e aperta fino alle 24! l'ambiente è a volte ostentatamente lussuoso, ma ok per il tipo di hotel
