We stayed in Rixos Almaty for 3 nights on our holiday in Kazakhstan and we had a pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out process was swift and easy. The location is central and very convenient. The property is lovely with spacious rooms and good amenities. The snow capped Mountain View from our room was wow! The breakfast selection was great. The rooms and bathrooms are dated and need an upgrade. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Отель хороший номер спа завтрак , Но сервис в СПА ужасный . Пришли с женой в спа жену пустили я Меня нет так как сказали что номер забронирован на нее и меня нету в базе нужно ждать пока они проверят на ресепшене хотя все документы зарегистрированы при заселение , очень не приятно когда приходишь отдохнуть и сталкиваешься с такой ситуацией , хотя могли б пропусти и не заставлять ждать , так как это ошибка базы отеля если у них не одна программа с спа центром , сервис на то он и сервис чтоб такие моменты деталь не заметным для гостей отеля что б гости могли полностью удобно провести время а не сталкиваться с не нужными остановками а чувствовать себя свободно …

Хороший отель, атмосферно, номера комфортные. Кровать и подушки мега удобные, в ванной подогрев полов, просто идеально. Персонал вежливый, особенно приветлив был бармен в лобби, вроде Дамир. Завтраки вкусные. Новогоднее оформление волшебное✨

worst experience at Rixos Almaty... they take undue advantage of situations , have a biast against Indians, impose restrictions and have guidelines that are not of any international standards... while the staff is very polite and helpful but think Indians are only for extracting money ... hotel is old and not upto a 5 star standard

Disappointing Experience with Deposit Policy

I recently stayed at the Rixos Hotel in Almaty, expecting a seamless experience from such a renowned brand, but I was disappointed by their handling of the credit card deposit. Upon check-in, the hotel required a deposit block on my credit card, which was understandable. However, I was surprised to find out that this block cost me an additional €20, even though there were no actual transactions made on the card. This charge was never clearly communicated beforehand, and it felt unreasonable to incur this cost without any explanation or justification.
