Excellent location in the centre of city next to the cable car station for Kok Tobe. Rooms are very clean and the staff is professional. Breakfast quality and spread were very good. Of course , they could add a few items for vegetarians. I will recommend this hotel.

Tutto bene, senza ombra di dubbio un ottimo Hotel, ma dovendo prendere l'aereo alla mattina molto presto ho dovuto fare il check out alle 4 di mattina. Purtroppo a quell'orario il sistema era "bloccato" da un back up di controllo o qualcosa di simile, insomma la traduzione o traslitterazione non mi ha consentito di capire bene il motivo. Riassumendo in parole povere son partito dopo 40 minuti senza la ricevuta. I ragazzi erano molto gentili ma non posso pagare più di mille euro senza una ricevuta... ho lasciato la mia mail nella speranza di ottenerla poi per posta elettronica.

Very good as always Recommend hand awash cloth for taking a shower! Using liquid soap is difficult without a wash cloth. Always a delight to stay in the Nototel- conveniently located, friendly and accommodating staff
