A terrible experience from check in yo check out Travelers should avoid this place English isn’t spoken here Rooms are very dirty No all accor loyalty plan respected The staff isn’t even aware of it Do not ask help or support for anything the staff turns back and and doesn’t provide any kind of assistance Even booking a taxi sounds hard to them and they invite you to do it yourself …, Hospitality is an unknown concept in this hotel which is by the way over over priced Travelers just pass your way or you might as I did experience the worst guest adventure you will ever have

This is the stay at close to Yu Garden which just a distance away, about 500m. The hotel is new and trendy. I even saw a robot go in and out of the lift, wow! It's located at the central of the city, highly recommended.

Nice hotel with superb amenity but a lot of noice around your room

The hotel location are nice but unfortunately there construction in Hotel day and night which we can’t sleep at all , we contacted to reception asking to help but is nothing ,we booked throw trip.com we expect to have hotel which good condition no construction Receptionist hard to dial as they are not able to speak any English

unpolite staff, and only one or two can little bit speak english. The room was terible, even quote new, but there is no window, only fake/dummy window. this is the 1st time ever i have stayed in this kind of hotel. the breakfast time shall be open from 06.00-10.00 AM, in fact, they just open on 06.30/07.00. and the worst thing is, i havw found HAIR in my breakfast!! VERY DISGUSTING!!! they didnt even asking for apologize, but make many reasons. they said, our chef is MEN so the hair must be coming from hotel Guest!! There are many women staff in the kitchen WITHOUT Hair cover! how they vsn blamed the hotel quests?? without think twice, i have decided to checked out from the hotel, even actually i have booked for 10 days, and i havw checked out in days 6. still one more problem with this hotel. since the day i was checked in, i said to hotel staff, to open the bill with my credit card ans do not charge all in advanced. there always possibility that i would checked out anytime. but the insist to charge me in advanced and prommised that they will refund in tje same days if i checked out bwfore days 10. when at the end i would checked out in the days 6, in the beginning they refused to refund the money in the same days, but 2 Weeks. after make some debate, at end the they want to refund in cash. i think this hotel is really not suitable for foreigners.

GOOD - Rooms are newly refurbished hence very modern. Near attraction and eatery. BAD - Market under the brand ACCOR but in actual fact they recognise HUAZHU member. As ACCOR Diamond, they won’t offer any better room except “one grade” higher which is also 21 sq m with a pathetic small window facing inward. When asked why not better room, the reply was that is the best they can do for ACCOR member. There is no Executive Lounge and no welcome drink offer. To be fair, at least they offer breakfast for my elite status.
