Mr. Zhou was very helpful in managing my stay at Pullman. He ensured all the process was done seamless to give a very good customer experience. Always smiling and attending guests, while giving all the information at check-in. He also supported me with local travel and currency exchange. Recommend to connect with him, when at Pullman.

Very good service, particularly nice welcome from Stella at the check-in. Large room and bathroom. Generous breakfast, with large choice. The Pavillon has a nice terrace for evening drinks. Do not miss the 53rd floors with 360 views of Shanghai.

Excellent reception, good food and very well located! I stayed at Pullman Shanghai Central on 26/10 to 27/10 at room 2009. Our check-in to your hotel is fast and smooth, your Front Office staff explained in detail where to get our welcome drink, where is the lounge and the breakfast time/ location. Your staff are very helpful. One particular event that happened to us and make us felt your staff excel excellence. Your Front Office staff (English speaking who wore a dark [suits] uniform) are excellent in provide customer service, which he helped me and my mom to get a taxi, and make sure we got on the right one. We were going from your hotel to Shiliupu 2, no 551 Zhongshan East 2nd Road from 18:23-18:39, taxi no. ACE8281, cost $28. When we arrived the destination, the driver told us that the caller has already paid the taxi fare. We were so surprised!! Later the night when we return to the hotel, we went straight to the front desk and paid back the taxi fare. The staff who helped us had already finished his shift, so we left the money to the front desk to pass it back to the staff who helped us called the taxi earlier. Really much appreciated to all your FO staffs’ support during my stay. Overall the Front Office staff are very cheerful, helpful and speaking well in English, me and my mom are feeling very welcome and enjoying a lot during our stay. I will definitely come to stay at your hotel again when I’m in Shanghai next time.

Clean room, nice service. Breakfast has good options and the restaurant has a nice terrace.

Very good hotel! Nice and polite english-speaking staff. Great view of a room window, convenient bed, bluetooth speaker in every room. Chinese and european cousin for the breakfast is great! Thanks a lot for their patience, we are glad of being stayed there!
