We were staying at Rixos Sungate for 2 weeks in August - September 2025. We are regular guests of this hotel, and it was our 6-th time here. Actually, we never return to any hotel once again. The only exception is Rixos Sungate. And there are many reasons for that. But one of the main ones is the FEELING OF NOVELTY, that we find at Rixos Sungate each time we come here. As you get older, time seems to flow faster and faster, because there are fewer and fewer novel moments and fresh sensations. Children's brains are constantly surprised, remembering every little detail. Every day seems longer. And as we age, everything repeats itself. The brain stops noticing familiar things and simply compresses memories. That's why time seems to fly by. But add some novelty, and time slows down again. And exactly because of that we come to Rixos Sungate every time: to slow down the time due to new and unforgettable # RIXOS MOMENTS. Each time we`re going to Rixos Sungate we anticipate, what`s new this hotel can offer us. And we`ve never been disappointed. In this context Rixos Sungate exceeds our expectations every single time without exception. There are always new experiences to gain, something unknown to discover, something changed and innovative to see and something fresh to feel, whenever you come here. You know, in the most hotel reviews people discuss food, accommodation, entertainment, etc. But Rixos Sungate is about much more. It`s about profound subjects, such as strong impressions and it`s about higher matters, such as overwhelming emotions. That`s about lofty things, that Rixos Sungate offers its guests und that you can hardly find at any other hotel. These are unforgettable moments and special atmosphere, that make out this hotel. And that is what makes you come here again and again. In this regard our deepest gratitude to the management, who strives steadily for improvement, development and constantly comes up with new ideas to enrich the guests with NEW #RIXOS MOMENTS. One of such ideas, we were enthused about during our last stay at Rixos Sungate, was Rixy Voice. It`s worthy of respect, that children`s opinion is also considered and taken seriously at this hotel. That`s a great example of individualization and client focus, that make out Rixos Sungate. In terms of CUSTOMER CENTRICITY and PERSONALISATION we are much obliged to Ms. Nadia Aslanyüz (Shirooyehnasab), the guest relations manager of Rixos Sungate, for providing mindful assistance with high quality customer focus and making us feel cared for on a personal level. Warm greetings, ongoing readiness to help, tailoring the experience to individual needs and preferences at the highest level, enhanced guest loyalty – it`s all about Ms. Aslanyüz. We were perfectly accompanied and assisted by Ms. Nadia during the whole our stay at the hotel. She made really her best to keep up with all our demands and expectations. Ms. Aslanyüz is really a true professional and, as it is said in HR-language, a High Potential. Our special thanks to Can Menek, a guitar teacher of our son at Rixy Club, for his personal treat to our child. Can is really passionate about his craft and is deeply devoted to his work. He is any time ready to go the extra mile for the guests and is engaged on a personal level with the nothing is too much trouble-attitude, eager to work even outside of working hours (e.g. he was ready to rehearse with our son for the Rixy Club evening show even on his day off). Many thanks also to Belek, a member of animation team, for his personal involvement and steady readiness to go above and beyond. His good mood and cordiality energize and motivate the guests. His politeness, respect and unobtrusiveness make you feel especially comfortable during animation activities, leaded by Belek. For all these reasons Rixos Sungate stands out among all other hotels for us, providing the FEELING OF NOVELTY and unforgettable # RIXOS MOMENTS, as well as HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE and INDIVIDUAL APPROACH. That`s why we come to Rixos Sungate over and over and are looking forward to our next stay at Rixos Sungate.

Отличный отель и сервис в даймонд-клаб, в целом рекомендуем. Вилла удобная, пляж хороший (особенно когда лежишь в кабане :)). отличный детский клуб (только вот плохо что перестал работать полноценно уже после 30 октября).

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The scenery is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking mountain views right behind the property. The water park was a huge hit with the kids, and our boat ride to see the nearby caves was a real highlight. We stayed in one of the family pool houses — spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The food options were incredible, with a huge variety of fresh dishes available around the clock. We especially loved the noodle bar and the snack bar for quick bites. Getting up early to watch the sunrise was truly unforgettable. Finally, a special thank you to Sirkan, a lovely waiter who looked after us so well during dinner most evenings — his service really made our experience extra special. Highly recommended for families looking for relaxation, adventure, and excellent service!

Had a great stay over the school break here. Had children there from 9-16 ages. Something for all. Hotel was giant and amazing. Clean, friendly, excellent food and drinks. So many different places to do things and also relax. Perfect for families. The staff were very good and the place was spotless. Plenty of space this time of the year. Ebru especially was amazing. She worked on guest services and went out of her way to help and arrange a memorable stay. Thank you all from us.
