No debate 5 out of 5 I read some of the reviews & was apprehensive coming here But this hotel is amazing can’t fault anything The staff are so friendly…..yes they do struggle understanding English but I can’t speak any other language either I am reviewing this as of April 24 I imagine it can probably get a lot busier but as of now I haven’t waited longer than 2 minutes at the bar The food is delicious & massive choice in the buffet And the al’s carte are amazing Ths only thing I can think at bad reviews is if you judge against London/dubia 5* which isn’t realistic

We were very pleased with Kidzy (kids club) staff. Kidzy might be the reason for our next visit. We were very happy that everything was thought of for the children and that the staff was friendly. The area of the hotel was very large. I think the greenery is the most prominent feature of the hotel. Thanks.

The hotel is huge and great for families! The gym facilities are phenomenal and the instructors Ahmet and obi I cannot praise enough, they both go the extra mile to ensure that you and your family have an amazing holiday and unforgettable memories. Personally me and my family have had a brilliant holiday and we would definitely come again!

I would highly recommend for families as the children facilities are just superb! Hotel has great amenities, 4* food. Service isn't the best. We found that being a mix raced family from UK, we were not treated the same as for example Russian families. Most things are pretty much catered to them. Little things like this made the holiday a little less enjoyable. Evening entertainment great, although in the evening they play Russian house/ techno?? Would be lovely to have some proper Turkish entertainment and get a Turkish feel while you're on holiday in Türkiye. Plenty to do for children , great gym / classes etc. Amazing pools. Not sure if we would return.

We absolutely love Rixos hotels Marine rooms are beautiful and modern, the staff are great but we do miss 2 members of staff from last year The older pool guy at the marine area and the manager from last year were exceptional but no longer there 😢 The food in the buffet is excellent, plenty of choice and the cakes are delicious but I felt the Mexican was not as good as last year and a few of the staff not as attentive, we always give good tips but on this occasion we decided not to. We cannot fault anything else , any maintenance problems are fixed immediately , we love you Rixos Sungate and plan to return again , thank you for making our holiday great yet again l.
