We had an amazing stay at this resort! The scenery is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking mountain views right behind the property. The water park was a huge hit with the kids, and our boat ride to see the nearby caves was a real highlight. We stayed in one of the family pool houses — spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The food options were incredible, with a huge variety of fresh dishes available around the clock. We especially loved the noodle bar and the snack bar for quick bites. Getting up early to watch the sunrise was truly unforgettable. Finally, a special thank you to Sirkan, a lovely waiter who looked after us so well during dinner most evenings — his service really made our experience extra special. Highly recommended for families looking for relaxation, adventure, and excellent service!

Had a great stay over the school break here. Had children there from 9-16 ages. Something for all. Hotel was giant and amazing. Clean, friendly, excellent food and drinks. So many different places to do things and also relax. Perfect for families. The staff were very good and the place was spotless. Plenty of space this time of the year. Ebru especially was amazing. She worked on guest services and went out of her way to help and arrange a memorable stay. Thank you all from us.

This place is not 5 star it’s very big and nice however no entertain in night and only one or two pool exercises I don’t recommend food mid unless paying more for restaurant I never complain however this is a big let down

I spent a fantastic week with our family at Rixos Sungate. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with great kindness and exceptional professionalism. The whole team was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making our stay truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Aziza and Kaoutar for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and constant smiles. Ask Amir Reza for Anything From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we met Amir Reza, who works in guest services. It happened to be my wife’s birthday that night, and despite the hotel being busy and his limited time, Amir arranged the best restaurant in the hotel and organized everything you could imagine for a perfect birthday surprise. He continuously checked on us throughout our stay and did everything he could to ensure we had the best possible experience. With Amir around, you can have everything you could ever want in a hotel — and even more. Amir, my wife and I truly thank you for your kindness and care.
