The hotel is really nice and staff very helpful! 5 stars! Nice venue and outdoor facilities. Private beach near the hotel. Rooms are big and clean! Restaurant have big selection of various food. Reccomend if You come to Antalya on busines or vacation!

We came last year and had an amazing time, I left a 5 star review, but things have changed. Costs have been cut with little things like cheaper slippers in the rooms, less toiletries in rooms, drinks fridge by the pool is water only now when it used to be a mix of drinks, ice creams on offer are cheaper brands and less choice. These are small things that were noticed but did not affect the holiday. The food in the restaurants were not as nice as last year. The buffet restaurant food was ok but very repetitive. We always found something to enjoy but some days it was difficult. Last year we ate in all 3 a la carte restaurants and loved them all. This year we tried the meat restaurant and was so disappointed that we didn’t bother trying the other ones. We found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly, there were one or two that made our stay special and we made sure to show them our gratitude. There was one staff member who was extremely rude and seemed to be confrontational with me at every opportunity(I am female, he is male) it is the middle aged guy with the long hair. He is one of the barmen on skates and he works in the buffet restaurants also. It started because I ordered an oat milk iced latte at the pool bar and he didn’t hear me say that I wanted it iced. I politely told him that I wanted it iced as I could see him heating the milk. He then finished the drink looking annoyed and put it as far away from me as possible at the other end of the bar (I was standing at the end where they make the coffee so he had to go out of his way to put it as far away from me) and said “enjoy your holiday” in the most sarcastic voice. Another time I went to the pool bar to order a drink he he came rushing in on his skates, at speed, I was the only person at the bar and he literally sped over to me so I had to move out of his way. He didn’t push me but he made it clear he wanted me to move and he stood in the exact spot I had moved from, I only moved slightly so we were very close. It just seemed like an aggressive move. Another staff member gave me a look as if to say “sorry about that, I don’t know why he did that” Also, when we were lounging by the pool he never came to us for a drinks order but served every person around us. We ended up spending the rest of the time down on the beach to avoid him as my husband was starting to get angry with his attitude and we didn’t want it to spoil the holiday. We still enjoyed the hotel but not as much as last year. It’s a great location and generally good. The price has gone up a fair bit as TUI have exclusive selling rights in the UK. So we felt we were paying more for less. We won’t be returning next year but may do again in the future. It hasn’t put us off but we aren’t rushing back like we were last year.

This was our fifth stay at Rixos and we were very satisfied. The food was very tasty with a wide variety.The staff from poolside service to restaurant to cleaners are all friendly and helpful. I want to say special Thanks to Fatih bey from reception.He done much for us.Special thanks for Ayse Moid our cleaner,she is amazing . Thank you to all people from guest team departament that they kept us informed and made sure our stay is fantastic. I have only one complaint about the hotel and that is the Rixy club. The staff should speak English and treat all children equally. Thank you very much Rixos and I hope to see you soon!

Everything is nice but the food could be better. It is very clean. There are a wide range of activities you can partake in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The hotel is also aesthetically pleasing. They also brought be a small birthday gift as I am celebrating at the hotel.
