We ate at Piazetta Italiana one Night and the staff named “Zhazgui” helped us a lot and she was very kind. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Definitely would want to stay again.

Beautiful hotel and location. Food and drinks all of high standard. Rooms are spacious and well stocked with everything you could need. . Staff are amazing and work very hard for your comfort,they are super friendly and can never do enough for you. Entertainment is of high standards and every night. We saw some quality shows and acts. We would definatley return. It’s a bit pricy for our budget but you get what you pay for and it’s definately worth every penny. Only downside I can think of, it’s the pool loungers. If you’re not an early bird then expect to be at the beach! Actually we preferred the beach. Everything is just a short walk away but you get the same level of service on the beach as you would in the bar. All in all, we had a great week at this hotel and would love to revisit. Five stars all day long!

I know it's late to write a review, but I want to do it now, because we booked 2 new holidays at your hotel. the first one from 25/04/26 until 04/05/26, and the second from 30/09/26 until 09/10/26. Because we had a lovely holiday last octobre (and also in mai) we wanted to thank the people that made it lovely for us. We thank Baçar Tiraç, at the receptiondesk, for making it possible to have the same room as our stay in mai last year (2203) with frontal seesight. Also he made it possible to to stay until 18h pm our last day, because we had a late flight home. Our room was always tiptop, thanks to our cleaning lady Ulviye Taklu. She was just great. Thank you for everything. Of course we would like to stay in one of the rooms again, so we can have the same cleaning lady again. I want to say thank you to our two assistents, one is Eren Ateç, the other one, I forgot her name, burh she doesn't work at Rixos anymore I think, They made our stay great also. If there was a problem, they realy try to fix it. They always asked if we were ok, every day again. So thank you, and I hope We can get Eren back in april and octobre of coarse. We loved the chats we had with them. Also thanks for the manager (pregnant lady), and Mrs Mariem Elamri at the villaresort, for inviting us to look around and having that fine meal (lunch). We had already to nice holidays last year, at your hotel, and hoping for the same experience this year. Hope to see you al again
