Beautiful hotel grounds amazing staff very friendly can’t do enough for you people in suits quite ignorant!!! I am writing this review from a person with limited mobility this hotel is not equipped for it yes it as wheelchair access but very steep and slippery guests have barged and pushed there way through and to ride the buggy to different locations the Bus stop states for elderly and mobility well that’s a joke some people would not even move over for me to get on them!! The shows were missed because of high seating unable to access them paid a lot of money so feel very let down not many English guests and the music around the pool was very Arabic or Eastern European and on a loop so heard it about 5 times one day!! The food was nice but definitely not 5star the speciality restaurants were lovely tried nearly all of them and staff was lovely The entertainment pool was the best a big shout out to Ahmed what a lovely guy couldn’t do enough Had a issue with the room guest relations was very quick at resolving it so let’s hope I am able to keep my room on as I have an adapted bathroom and feel very save in it rooms are standard and clean

Great Service at the Pool

We sat at the Family pool this afternoon and the lifeguard Ziad was very nice and good with the kids too. His English is very good and we felt very welcome! He also brought us towels and helped with the umbrella. We will come back to the same pool Whaddon tomorrow.

Rawan in the lobby bar was amazing . Excellent service . Really friendly and a beautiful smile.. Lovely ambiance in this bar

Arrived at the hotel they gave us a room with not working telephone and balcony locks didn’t work.. they sorted us out in 1 hour which was rly slow I tried the room service and the food was the worst i ever had, just awful food Been only to a few restaurants because everything was fully booked for the whole stay i was there…. This was one of the worst holidays i have been and the last day lagoon pool was closed and we have no idea why they closed it that ruined our last day for sure This hotel is average at best in my opinion and way too many russian people that will try to talk to you in russian no matter what you say to them they still talk in Russian. 2 out of 5 from me
