"We especially thank the hotel staff for being friendly and helpful, and we extend our gratitude to Ozan, the assistant guest relations manager. We have stayed at other Rixos hotels before, but this was our first visit here, and we were impressed by everything, particularly the hotel's natural beauty and amenities. We will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend it."

Amazing property but the good things stop there. The Ultra all inclusive is limited to 1/2 restaurants that don’t change menu. The breakfast menu is identical to almost 80% every day. Than we talk about service. My room ac was not working , they could repair it for 48hrs. And when asked be compensated in some manner for staying in a warm room without ac for 1 night. There ans was its against company policy to compensate for any short coming of the hotel. My pastries had pebble. They said just sorry and walked away. If only they could look with a human heart and brain instead of hiding behind policies which are against guest . Do something about food. This could be an amazing place.

The hotel facilities were impeccable, the staff were extremely kind and helpful all the time. The quality of the restaurants and food was great, we really enjoyed L’Olivio restaurant. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning again next year! :)

The vacation was great for my family. It was the best hotel we have every been. There is everything you need: best food, Bleach, own island and beat views! The hotel service is at top notch! The Rixy club for babies gives everything babies may need: fun & taking care! Also waterpark for kids is marvellous! And the sunsets.... They are the best!
