We had an amazing time at Rixos Bodrum. The hotel is just stunning!! We wanted to do a little shout out to the holiday assistants especially Fidan who was incredibly helpful and always smiling. Our only issue with the resort was the lack of vegetarian options at the buffet. The Al cartes are also now chargeable which is unfortunate given the price we paid for the trip. I think the hotel need to focus on diversifying their cuisine as it didn’t really represent the flavours of the world. It would be nice for there to be a Chinese, Italian and Indian section at the buffet as they have in Rixos premium Belek in Antalya. In comparison, I felt the hotel was really lacking in this respect. However, I would like to mention a special heartfelt thanks to Buse. What an incredible guest relations manager, she knew I struggled with food and checked in with me everyday and ensured that the chefs would prepare something for me. I was so grateful. She always had time for us and went out of her way to accommodate us. She is truly wonderful. ❤️ Buse organised a dinner for us at Ume which was fantastic. The food was lovely and the staff were amazing especially Adem who looked after us so well. The people’s restaurant was nice and the food was good quality. It would be great if they could have more of a vegetarian variety too. We would also like to stay a special thanks to the buggy drivers. I wish I took down their names but it was two young gentleman who were always so kind and helpful. They also bonded well with our son and let him sit at the front which he loved. Appreciation needs to be shown to them! We enjoyed the lovely facilities, the beautiful resort and the gorgeous blue sea. Thanks for a lovely trip!
