The hotel ammenities are good. A lovely beach for the hotel guests, an inside and outside pool. Nice sporting facilities and spa. Location is a bit secluded from nice restaurants but everything is to be reached by taxi. A hotel to be recommended.

Positive - good view particularly at sunset Negatives - 1. Naff decor (artificial trees complete with plastic lemons). 2. Poor service - our reservation didn’t make it from reception to the restaurant and somehow this was our fault. Waiting staff were under trained and under managed. Indeed there didn’t appear to be any management. 3. Disappointing food - tasteless carpaccio, bland ravioli covered in a curios sauce. 4. Overpriced - four starters, four pasta dishes, 3 scoops of ice cream, a bottle of overpriced wine (£70) and a bill of TL12,000. In London this restaurant would not last long! Not recommended. I wouldn’t go back. Best avoided.

My cousin and I went on holiday for a week. We had a beautiful time at the Swissotel. The employees were always friendly and courteus. Every service we asked for, was kindly done. I would like to highlight the service at the beach bar, specifically from Ato. Thank you for everything.

Hotel, service, food & staff are amazing…especially the staff! Wonderful place to get away & relax with family & friends. Beautiful picturesque landscape surround the hotel…get a room with an ocean view, it’s very worth the money! The beds are so comfy…it’s like sleeping on a cloud.

Staff were absolutely wonderful and amazing. Free treats throughout the day delivered to our room. Vibes and views were out of this world. Breakfast and food was all very high quality. All in all, would definitely come here again, Fatih Aziz and Yekrem were super helpful throughout our stay.
