First of all, I would like to state that the facility is very clean and spacious. I had a great time here with my friends. We were helped in everything we wanted and this made us very happy. Accordingly, we would like to visit this facility again. See you next year. Also mr Muhammed was very helpful and made the trip even better.

1st time we ever stayed at this resort.. and was absolutely amazing.. the room the view the staff the food. The facilities.. 5 star. Premium league.. all the food selection and snacks and drinks all day was a blast Also on 40 min from the airport.. and 20 min to kemar shopping centre

We have been to many 5 star hotels both inTurkey and other parts of Europe and can honestly say this beats the others hands down. It is an immaculately maintained hotel in a stunning setting. There are plenty of places to relax both on the beach and within the beautifully landscaped grounds. The food is of a high quality, so fresh and well presented with enough choice for even the fussiest of eaters. What makes this hotel stand out from the rest are the staff who are 100 percent committed to ensuring each and every guest has an excellent holiday. Nothing is too much trouble. My special thanks to Tuna, Mohammed and Burak of Guest Relations for their help, advice and Turkish hospitality of the highest level. Also to Ali, Mustafa Ramazan, Abuser, Ece and Armanc who served us so well in the restaurant, always with a smile and a welcome. Finally, Ramazan who worked tirelessly to keep the hotel and outside areas in pristine condition, giving us a smile and wave as he got on with his duties. We were sad to have to leave but look forward to our return next year to see everyone again. Heartfelt thanks Rixos Beldibi for an amazing holiday.

Stayed in this hotel 2 time in 11 eleven months plus 1 time in downtown rixos .reception/Bell team and guest relations do not recognise and unhelpful in most cases had to beg for 1 hour late check out very unhelpful. Food and beverage and kitchen team are super .unfortunately will not go back again. Will try other hotels .managmen in the Spa Anjana unhelpful and if you are covered Muslim woman will discriminate you and ask you extra money for private room to get same massage where othernot covered guests gets for free

we arrived at the Rixos Beldibi our first impressions were lovely bright & clean staff on the checking front desk were knowledgeable and arranged for our cases to be taken to the room. We have stayed at other Rixos Hotels as we appreciate the standard they can achieve. This hotel unfortunately did not meet our expectations. this was a disappointment to us and other guests. I feel if they had a member from the head of the Rixos team they would not be happy either as the standard was not up to our expectations which did not let us enjoy our holiday. The rooms were clean the hotels was clean. Toilets within the public areas all clean gardens attended too. Most of the staff are on their mobile phones i even went to tip the maid who was doing our room and found her in the room on her mobile. Some staff members were plugging their mobiles in the restaurants whilst working. The food was not ever warm no matter what time of day you went into eat even the beach bar where they served burgers chips pizza was always cold. The staff who work in the bar area by the beach are great and work very hard and are always polite. We had to go up all the time in the main restaurant to find cutlery ask for water or drinks and waited for over 20mins they just shrug it off and walked on so you then had to find someone else. My partner ordered a coffee from the lobby bar the girl behind the bar said I cannot serve you I am busy so go and sit down. Not what you would expect from a Rixos Hotel. It is a great shame because the hotel could be so much better with the proper support and guidance from the powers above. There is also not much outside of the hotel. I Hope you can make the hotel a better place.
