This Hotel is very near Fatima Sanctuary and bus station. It is walking distance to the bus station. It has excellent location. The rooms are very spacious and very nice. Breakfast is good. Its personnel provide excellent service. Highly recommended.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days. I was surprised by the hotel and its room. I totally not expected. The room looked almost like a showroom model studio for a magazine. It even gave me inspiration for my own home. Furthermore the rooms were very spacious and clean. Also the lobby/main lobby was trendy and nice to see. Personnel/Staff very friendly and respectful. The location is also good for those interested in the tourist hotspots of Fatima. I can certainly recommend this hotel.

Our aim was not to visit Fatima but to stay for one night before heading to the Serras de Aire e Candeeiros for the Dinosaur Footprints and Alvados and St. Antonio caves. It’s a fairly new, comfortable and reliable hotel, with simple but well furnished rooms and available parking. Breakfast was good enough.

I was looking for a hotel room for 3 persons in Fatima through hotels.com initially so the Mercure Fatima did not show up. There are no major hotel chains in Fatima except Mercure which falls under the Accor group. The maximum capacity is 2 per room. The initial hotel I booked was 800 m away from the Fatima shrine so I cancelled and through Google maps, found the Mercure instead. It is next to the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity which is part of the Fatima Shrine complex and probably the most modern building hotel in Fatima as its the newest if I am not wrong. The lobby is like a bar and the check in was a breeze and done by staff in the restaurant. Other part of the lobby featured a shop selling religious artifacts. The rooms are very very clean and comfortable though the pillows not the best but functional (if you compare to the hilton for example). There was a kettle, coffee, tea, drinking water, TV, etc inside. The toilets were functional with shower area seperated. The room really looked inviting and given I took a 26 hour trip from Singapore, it provided much relief to me. Breakfast was served from 8 am to 1030 am served like a buffet at your table. If offered fruits, bread, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, bacon etc like a high tea set and you could request for more. The first day I was left waiting for 10 minutes (I was initially annoyed) as 20 people had appeared suddenly at 8 am and the 2 wait staff were struggling to serve everyone at the same time and did not seat anyone. It was not normal apparantly but once i got my table, everything was forgiven. The breakfast quality was very good and with juice and coffee, everything just calms you down. There were egg tarts served during breakfast too. Did I also mention that the hotel has a gym in basement 2? It was a but tricky and you had to walk into the toilets and out the other door before locating it. For a small town like Fatima where people mainly go to visit the Catholic shrine of Fatima, there is probably no better place to stay. The hotel is a 7 min walk from the Fatima bus station, 10 min walk from the supermarket, it also has a good restaurant on the 2nd floor called Casa Plátano. The same staff who served me during breakfast were serving me at 330 pm. They open from 1130 am to 6 pm. Food was very good.

A pristine modern hotel with very large guest rooms and an excellent hearty breakfast. It is in a Perfect location of Fatima. . The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking is available, but a bit tricky in and out. Overall, a Great value.
