Osoby pracujące na recepcji są bardzo pomocne i przyjazne. Wykonują za wiele prac, bo jednocześnie obsługują recepcję, śniadanie, bar, kuchnię i sprzątają po trwającym remoncie. Hotel spełnia standardy IBIS jednak wymaga remontu, bo widać na nim ząb czasu. Klimatyzacja musi lepiej działać. Niemniej jednak sam pobyt był bardzo miły i udany dzięki pracownikom hotelu.

Lovely clean room on 6th floor with brilliant view over the city and beyond. We found it very convenient to go to see the big waves in Nazare. If you wish to eat locally at a fish/seafood restaurant (more a shop with tables) we highly recommend Cervejaria-Marisqueira Cesar. One word of warning, getting into the underground car park is very tight if you have a large car.

Day shift reception personnel bullying client kid not to eat more crepês at the breakfast buffet. Horrible. Very poor breakfast. Wifi acess interruption last 2 hours in a row. All the building (rooms, corridors, etc) in a very poor shape. A building that is dilapidated and in a generally bad condition.

I visited the Ibis Hotel Leiria in the beginning of August with my family. The building is well located, well maintained in general, parking is quite difficult most of the time, weekends the area is noisy . The rooms are clean and very simple, good TV but WiFi is definitely disappointing. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming and breakfast is simple but fresh every day, I just had some issues with orange juice machine was really annoying 😡😩!

Visting our supplier, we used to go to this hotel because it is very well placed in the center of Leiria, from a tourism point of view (near the old fortress, ans restaurants) or à business view (near the communication axis) Moreover, the rooms are clean and the bed confortable
