Excellent hotel in a good location. Very comfy rooms/beds with tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast buffet was good, but I just wish they offered that good Serbian flatbread instead of the industrial stuff. I didn't see a toaster, but no biggie.

I stayed at the Mercure Belgrade Excelsior from 6 to 10 September 2025. The hotel is well located, clean and quiet, and has strong wi-fi. Most of all, its young staff was very helpful and empathetic. I had to go to ER at 6 am on 9 September due to allergy issues. The reception staff helped me get a cab and reassured me that the ER was nearby and well-equiped. After I came back from the hospital visit, the staff was very concerned and listened sympathetically to my hospital adventure, offered helpful encouragements, and sent me a complimentary fruit plate. The gesture is very, very much appreciated given my stressful situation at the time. I will always remember Belgrade - despite my ER episode - Belgrade Mercure Excelsior, and its wonderful staff fondly and wish them well always!

Second stay, but not as good as first time

Second time i stay here. In the centre, which is not always convenient traffic wise. Room was ok, but the airconditioning didn't work and the TV was also a problem. On check out, there was only 1 lady and it took more than 20 minutes before it was my turn and also in reception, it was very warm ( AC not working very well ). They can do better

2 days of excellent service in the heart of Belgrade.

Happened to be at Mercure Belgrade Excelsior by chance when a motorbike of my friend broke down on the highway around Belgrade on the way to Iron gate at Danube. Wonderful experience, great service.

Excellent stay. The girl who checked me in was impeccable. Milica offered me an upgrade to a very large suite on the seventh floor. Breakfast was very good. The hotel's location is also very good. If I return to Belgrade, i would like to stay there again. A huge thank you to the whole team who gave me such a fantastic welcome.
