Really great staff, welcome, things clearly explained, nice clean rooms, an accessible bathroom for family member as well, and free tea and coffee and 24/7 got and cold snacks. Really good value for money and we'll placed for shops and sights and public transport

The staff were so friendly, and anytime you saw the staff they was laughing or been so polite and that was just lovely to see. The hotel was cozy and we realy enjoyed our 4 night stay. Thank you.

Good access to the station and the city.

This hotel was great for an overnight stay within walking distance of the Railway station and central Glasgow. We arrived early in the day but the staff were happy to look after our luggage. The hotel has a large lounge so we could relax and drink coffee before we set out to explore the city.

Friendly welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was clinically clean, warm and so comfortable. The location was excellent. We are going to Ibis in Annecy France at New Year and are hoping for more of the same . Breakfast was awesome and love the themed humour.
