I would like to state that the security guard mentioned is not employed by ourselves, it is by the Springfield Quay, we will pass the feedback to their management to ensure they are more aware of accessible guests as I agree this is important to understand. I can only apologise about the delay in accessing the 6th floor, the team have been advised they need to ensure this is avoided at all costs going forward.
