A really great place, but, there's a few little things that were strange Firstly, the hotel serves no alcohol at all, which is frankly bizarre, not sure of the reason but it's really strange. Secondly, the breakfast service needs improvement. The buffet has a great selection of international and local food but the issue is the service. I'm not a typical Brit who expects everyone to speak English, but, basics like butter and spoon should be the minimum when in an international hotel. Also, it is quite odd to see staff helping themselves to the buffet during operation hours. The positives far outweigh the negatives. The mattresses are form but a topper can be provided, parking is incredibly reasonable at 20 Bosian marks a night and the coffee is of really good quality. The biggest positive though is the front desk and concierge team, they are professional to a fault and no question is ever too stupid, a real credit to the hotel and Accor.

Outstanding Hotel, few steps from the Old Town. Amazing Staff, this is the result of great attention to customers. All they are super. Very Clean Hotel, close to important shopping Centre. Excellent breakfast, fresh products, top quality. Wellness, 5 stars. Will be back.

The hotel is beautiful, it’s at great location with fantastic amenities, but the best part of our stay was service. From friendly staff at the front desk with their friendly smiles (Selma, valet), to amazing experience at the breakfast. Davor was exceptional with his attention to details; by the second day he knew what our favorite drinks were and went out of his way to make us feeling welcomed. We felt like at home, with friends or family. Davor is a true ambassador for the hotel and the brand and we thank him for great experiences!

I used the spa facilities here one afternoon, which are very clean and wasn't busy . I had a relaxing steam and sauna which has nice views towards the mountains. The loungers are a little uncomfortable. The jacuzzi wasn't working but I was allowed to use the private one . I didn't like the split levels but that's just my personal preference. The staff work very hard to keep the areas clean and tidy which shows . I would probably visit again when in sarajevo.

Whilst in Sarajevo me and my friend paid for a day pass for the spa on the top floor of the hotel. This was very easy to organise and we were able to book treatments on the day. The price was very reasonable and the spa was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The view out the windows was beautiful, you get to look over the city in which is a great touch to help you relax. We both had a shoulder, neck and back massage which was lovely. The downsides to the spa were that there was only 1 of the 4 saunas actually open- the others were out of order or under renovation. The jacuzzi is an extra payment for use which I think is ridiculous as you are already paying to use the spa. The showers did not go very hot in the changing room..they were luke warm which therefore prevented me from wanting to wash my hair due to the colder shower temperatures.
