Man the staff were amazing , so polite, hospitable and efficient. The bed was comfy. Pillows were pillows. The water was nice and hot. Hot showers are lovely , the body wash and shampoo and conditioner was all vegan and smelt nice and felt good on my skin. Location location location. Being close to the beach and observatory make it one of the best places to stay in port Macquarie.

We had a marvellous stay at this hotel. The location of the hotel and its proximity to the town beach was a real winner for us. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The premises is a bit aged but the bed is comfortable and the sheets are clean and crisp. Continental breakfast is adequate and healthy. A little more tourist info (like maps and dining options) at the front counter would have been helpful. This is an ACCOR group hotel so ACCOR club benefits apply

We stayed here on two separate occasions, the first time we had one of the rooms with spa bath and the second time a room overlooking the sea in the main building. The spa bath was nice but we preferred the room in the main building. It was much quieter and the bed was super comfy. The view over the beach was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Walking distance into the town for meals. We would definitely stay there again
