We had a fantastic time at the hotel and Marrakech in Morocco. Great food and amazing facilities throughout. All the restaurants are amazing and the staff is very kind and always attentive. Particular mention to Jabouri et Hind at Room Service was great!

We picked this hotel for its golf course but overall the place was really enjoyable. Service is impeccable, whether at the front desk, the pool or at breakfast. Everyone is incredibly polite and nice. The food is good, breakfast has a lot of choices and we particularly enjoyed diner at the Moroccan/Lebanese restaurant with a pretty outdoor terrasse. The pool area is big with a lot of lounge chairs pretty spread out whether by the pool or under the trees. The golf course is overall nice & well maintained. Has both A and B caddies. The A caddies are very good. Greens are very slow though. The hotel is a bit outside of the city so you need to get a car to take you to town but they have a really good service that was always on time and can also pick you up from the city to take you back. I’d recommend getting a room on one of the top floors (budget permitting) so as to enjoy the gorgeous sunrise over the Atlas Mountains from your terrasse.

The hotel is very lovely, although some areas could use a bit of light refurbishment. However, the staff is fantastic and goes above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience. We received an upgrade to a Junior Suite. Special thanks to our housekeeping team, Souad and Khadija, who surprised us daily with beautiful decorations in our room.

Really well looked after. My wife was unwell and the Hote were sympathetic and helpful. We booked through a Golf Specialist. In future we would book direct as we could not get a refund for cancelled Green Fee, Buggy and Car Transfer as 28 days notice of cancellation are required Plus we missed out getting Accor points So a bit of advice think carefully how you book because it can end up being more expensive as it did with us and the Company we used seem to apply their cancellation policy rigidly.

Overall a good stay, with highlights being the setting, pools and room. The trip was a 3* not 5* review though due to small annoyances that can easily be rectified. Firstly, the incessant buzzing of golf buggies up and down the paths, which are entirely disproportionate to need. We seemed to have to jump onto the grass to avoid yet another buggy multiple times for a simple one minute walk to reception. Secondly, the mattresses seem very old and soft. Thirdly, and most annoyingly, the restaurants provide free carafe's and glasses of tap water at breakfast, but at dinner refuse to give any water other than entirely unsustainable and ridiculously expensive bottled water, most of which is imported from a different continent. This is an absurd throwback to hotels from 25 years ago and desperately poor practice. Please reconsider this policy here, and if it is in operation in other hotels, across the board.
