Had such a lovely holiday. Massive thank you to Zach for looking after us so nicely by the pool. Really amazing service. Would definitely recommend coming to the hotel. All the staff are wonderful, so welcoming and helpful. A really lovely place.

Elegant but poor value

A large spacious hotel with enormous grounds and elegant feel. Positives: -Pools were warm, with plenty of space and chairs -Rooms (we stayed in junior suite) were clean and well kept -Service in the hotel was fairly good -Room service food was excellent -Our kids liked the kids club -Excellent gym -Calm and scenic location where you can relax -Amazing views of the Atlas mountains Negatives: -Two restaurants for dinner only, one for lunch and a buffet for breakfast. -Both the evening restaurants were very expensive, charging twice what the best restaurants in town charge, yet the food quality was not good. -The Maitre'd at Al Ain, seemed to live in her own world, unable to listen to anything you request, pushing her own agenda incessantly - just weird. -15 minutes drive to the medina, meaning you are isolated -Pool service was lacking -Cannot understand the layout of the room such as why the walk-in cupboard and bathroom were bigger than the actual bedroom, especially when the entire family had to sleep in one space -The breakfast buffet served beef dishes alongside vegetarian dishes with no signs, which meant that it was easy to mix, not good.

Excellent hotel not far from everything about 15-20 minutes, the staff was warm and welcoming and very nice , very kid friendly as well lots of great amenities special thanks to Manal and khaula for booking and arranging all our restaurants and activities for our trip

We visited the Fairnount royal palm at the beginning of May with our daughter. Lovely hotel and a nice surprise to find that our rooms had been upgraded. Excellent facilities throughout the hotel, the reduction of one star is down to the fact that the air conditioning in our rooms did not appear to be working correctly and the room was extremely warm. I reported this twice to reception but the issue was not addressed. The food in the restaurants was delicious in particular the Friday evening “soiree” in the Italian restaurant was outstanding. The food was excellent as was the entertainment and atmosphere. A big shout out to Ilyas our waiter who was simply one of the best waiters I have encountered, he was attentive and friendly providing excellent advice on both the food and wine choices. He is a huge asset to the restaurant and the hotel

Gorgeous hotel- very relaxing stay for 3 nights. The suite was very comfortable and relaxing- lovely welcome sweet treat on arrival with a bottle of bubbly. Service was perfect, very attentive. Food was delicious. We visited all three restaurants with the Moroccan being our favourite. They also had some local music playing. We did not enter Marrakech during these three nights but there was a shuffle available if you wanted to go. Note: it is a family hotel but you can find a quiet place around the large pool to escape the children! Plus not great vibes in the bar- very quiet. I think most people go central in the evenings.
