A fantasticically unique hotel. We had rooms with Zoo views, and it was beautiful. Everything in the room was clean, well maintained and included a stocked complimentary mini-bar. The live plants and hammock added a homey and lively atmosphere. The service was amazing. Selina and Miriam in particular greeted us each time with warmth and kindness and effortlessly accommodated our requests such as for running path recommendations, steak houses and so on. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, both high quality and great variety. Finally, the sauna area was immaculate and both the sauna and the relaxation room had incredible views of the city.

It was our first stay with 25 hours Hotel. And we can really recommend it. Starting from the very down to earth and friendly welcome at reception we were able to explore our rooms. The black/dark design with the modern highlights might not be everyone’s taste but I for one liked it. The rooftop bar overlooking Tiergarten, Zoo (hallo lion, birds and apes!) was very inviting and the location is just perfect. Best thing maybe was the excellent breakfast in NENI restaurant, overlooking the city right up to the Reichstagskupoel, Gedächtniskirche on the other side and so forth. It was awesome. Thanks for the great service!

We loved our stay here at 25hours hotel. The hotel is close to the Zoolischer Garten as well as lots of shops/restaurants. One of the main reasons we chose it was that it was overlooking the zoo and therefore we booked a room overlooking it. Our room was perfect - the ceiling to floor wondows meant we had a great view of the zoo and some of the enclosures. The bed was super comfy. We got a couple of extra pillows as they are very soft. It was really warm when we stayed so we slept with the window open and loved waking up to the sounds of the animals waking up in the zoo below. There were so many extras provided that you just don't seem to get from other hotels we've been to - a free mini bar, a portable speaker, bikes you could hire and a friendly monkey! As others have noted, the corridors and shower area are quite dark but personally, we loved this feel. All the staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. It's a shame that we only got to spend three nights here as we loved it so much!!

This is a hotel you either love or dislike, for my stay it was the latter. My arrival experience was “cold” at best, very non welcoming. Also being told that my room would only be serviced every 2 days (unless you called and requested service) seemed somewhat basic to me. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about being “green” but paying over E300 a night and travelling on a demanding business trip I expected better. The room product is “different” and I was aware of the hotel theme so my bad here. It’s definitely not conducive for those on business travel - leisure maybe? Unfortunately I had issues with the TV and the technician when called was unapologetic in trying to rectify the issue. His comment was that the rooms on my floor had only just been re-inputted to hotel inventory and there were issues. In the end I gave up on the TV streaming. Pretty disappointed with outcome here. My room was close to the lifts and the security door that access the room corridor - the constant banging of this heavy security door is a major concern. It seriously shook my room each time a guest came in or out. Tip - ask for a room far away from the lifts. One positive was the location of the hotel. It is right in the heart of the Berlin Zoo/central Berlin area. Overall my stay was somewhat “cold” and non descript. I’m sure there are many who love this hotel - for me it was a miss. Ps try Loggia Italian Restaurant, just a 5 min walk from the hotel. Fabulous home cooked Italian food and amazing Italian pizzas - very affordable
