It was the first time that i visited this hotel in Berlin. It was my first trip after all the lockdowns and this exhausting situation with Covid19. So i needed something good. Something special. And I must say that with this hotel everything was perfect. The room was spacious and luxury, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I went there for 3 nights and i can say that it was everything that i needed for a small escape.

Всегда с удовольствием сюда возвращаюсь! Приветливый персонал, хорошая спа зона, вкусная еда, в номерах тихо, хорошая звукоизоляция. В спортзале есть все необходимое для утреней разминки. Кадеве в шаговой доступности, масса кафешек и ресторанов.

Good location by Tiergarten, fairly close to communciations of all kind. Rooms comfortable. Fixed breakfast is served at the table but is comprehensive and sideorders - bacon and eggs and so - is included. Due to corona the bar/rerstaurant has limited opening hours. With a big car you need to be careful - not to wide entrance/driveways.

Номер выглядел чуть хуже, чем во время прошлого пребывания (поцарапанная ножка кресла, пыльное окно, свежезамазанное пятно на потолке), но в целом чисто убраный и уютный. Завтрак был на высоте, персонал вежливый. Но..Wi-Fi вечером был ужасен! я, подумав, что проблема только с бесплатным, оплатил 24 часа премиум за 6 евро и не почувствовал почти никакой разницы. Ролики на youtube и стримы зависали при качестве просмотра 360, я уж молчу про 720-1080. Считаю это недопустимо для современного отеля. Надеюсь Вам удастся в ближайшее время решить эти проблемы. Оплачивая номер за почти 200 евро и доплачивая экстра за "премиум" Wi-Fi, ожидаешь ГОРАЗДО более качественного интернета

Отличный отель, отличное расположение, но не очень качественно делают уборку в номере. Под тумбочкой, кроватью был мусор, над телевизором слой пыли.

A totally smooth stay at this property. It certainly felt more functional than form-ey which I’m sure the marketing gurus would describe as ‘clean, minimal’ but in reality is more ‘clinical and characterless’. Staff were very friendly and sorted out one small issue with the wc very promptly. A little pricey for what it was and annoyed that Accor did not honour my best-rate guarantee because I found a cheaper rate for the same hotel that included breakfast on top after I booked with Accor directly.

We had an early arrival and miraculously the room was given with no extra fee. Fabulous stay and profesional staff at all levels we came accross with. Music channel on TV would be great to have though.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel with our baby boy. We enjoyed our stay. The room is large enough. The breakfast was really good. Recommended when you are traveling with a kid. Their is also a swimming pool. Take notice the swimming pool close at 20.00 pm with a kid and without up to 22.00.

We stayed here during our visit of Berlin Location was great Room was comfortable Breakfast was great Dinner wasnt to good. When we were having a drink in the bar we asked for a table in the restaurant in 30 minutes time The restaurant manager said it was full ASt out qquestion if we could eat right now he said tes.... To our surprise the resaurant was just filled to max 30 % during our whole dinner.......not very guest friendly to us. The meal we ordered was tasteless In the bar i forgot my gloves, sadly they were completly disapperared. After all apleasant stay with some weird moments

The available seating in the lobby, bar,and waiting area were to say the least, very poor and uncomfortable. This would undoubtably have had the affect on my recent stay to prevent me from giving the top rating of excellent. Unfortunate but that was really my only complaint.

Super breakfast. Fantastic spa/pool/sauna area. Luxury rooms. Bar service need to improve. Waiters are slow and not aware of guest around the bar. Check in and out is very slow and even the staff is kind and friendly the service take to long time (always only 1-2 counters open)

Let me start with the positives, the hotel itself was modern, nice, and the staff amazing, and also in a great location. Please note though that the concierge is outsourced and therefore the ease of dealing with them as a LeClub Platinum member is difficult. If I hadn't had called from the airport, we would've arrived with no car. Then they tried to charge twice, because the first flight was delayed and we missed our connecting flight. Even though I called to advise it was not actioned, and my check in was started with having to raise my voice for the hotel manager to come out and intervene. I will say this the staff always sorted the issues, however it felt like there was always issues to deal with, and for these reasons I would not choose this property again.

This is a very good hotel with quality rooms and an especially talented kitchen. There is not a massive choice of food but it is near perfection. The staff are very, very helpful. The location is close to the centre and a few minutes walk from the zoo, and central shopping area. The ONLY downside of the hotel is that it sometimes gets busy with conventions. making the public areas quite loud.

Если не считать что ночью отключили свет и в баре официант общитывает на 3-4 €, то в целом отель не плохой.
