Dear guest, thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and for your loyalty to our hotel since its opening — we truly appreciate it. We are especially grateful for your kind words regarding our location, room design, and the friendliness of our team. At the same time, thank you for raising your concern about the bottles. We would like to reassure you on this point: Our bottles are not reused by us. They are completely replaced after each guest change. You can easily recognize that each bottle is new and unused by the seal on the bottle neck, which is always intact when the bottle is freshly provided. In addition, if your bottle is empty and you would like more complimentary water, you are very welcome to refill your bottle at our water station located by the hotel bar. This is designed to give you convenient access to fresh water at any time during your stay. Your feedback is very valuable and helps us improve how we communicate this more transparently to our guests.
