A very comfortable property well positioned close to the local rail network and restaurants. A very high level of service provided by accommodating staff, particularly Marian’ Front Desk Team and Mr. O - were treated like VIPs. Room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. A separate rain shower in a spacious bathroom. Spacious storage including a walk in wardrobe.

Husband stays here for business but this time we stayed as a family of 4, including 2 teens. The kids had a twin room adjacent to our king room. Spacious rooms, great staff, clean, and great location. Lots of restaurants nearby and it couldn’t be closer to the Tamachi train station. Tokyo is a little too big and busy for me but the Pullman made me feel relaxed and safe. Would definitely return.

Spotless rooms and the best staff who go out of their way to help. The welcome drink was great after coming off a terrible cruise. The restaurant (Kasa) was great and a wonderful breakfast. Central position opposite two building with many, many local and interesting restaurants. I would recommend for anybody. Top job Pullman Tokyo Tamachi

Having stayed at this property multiple times before, this stay was slightly special, as the front office and lounge staff took note that my party were muslims. FO must have alerted the lounge, as the ladies there would arrange for a special batch of Halal foods to be served to myself and my parents during evening canapes. My parents were extremely impressed and very grateful, as was I.

Every thing is fine other than the miscalculation of the status and reward points. I have used the rewards points to redeem partial the room charges, and pay the rest of the charges onsite. However the hotel only recorded a night for my member account but without any status and reward points that should be considered. I believed they have miscalculated the points but it seems this a systems issues of all Accor Japanese hotels. This is not the first situation I met in Japan.
