Bu hotel zincirinin en ekonomik olanlarında da kaldım ama bu kadar kötü bir hotel görmedim. Öncelikle navigasyonla hoteli bulamadık. Etrafta dolanıp durduk. Zar zor oteli bulduk karanlık bir sokakta etrafta tekin olmayan insanlar, dilenciler dahi vardı. Hoteli girişi boş bir yer kapıyı çalıp birinin açmasını bekliyorsunuz. Sonra asansörle 2. Kata çıkıp resepsiyona gittik. Giriş yaptıktan sonra otelin otoparkı girişinden 1-2 km uzakta ve navigasyonla yine bir şehir turu yaptıktan sonra ulaştık. Tekrar 2. Kat resepsiyon sonra başka bir yerden yine asansöre binip odamıza çıkmaya çalıştık ama kart olmadan çıkamadık. Tekrar resepsiyona geri dönüp ek kart çıkardık. Odalara giderken yerdeki halılar o kadar kirliydi ki midemiz bulandı. Oda da elimizi yıkayacak sabun yoktu. Çöp kutusuna poşet koymamışlar. Gece geç saate geldiğimiz ve çok yorulduğumuz için direkt yattık. Sabah kahvaltıya kişi başı 23 € ödedik. Kahvaltıda oldukça vasat pankekler kupkuru idi. Tek pozitif yanı sıkma portakal suyu vardı. Resepsiyon görevlisi nazik ve yardımsever idi. Ama kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.

Great location in the centre of charleroi which is very convenient, very helpful staff had no problem accommodating late check in after a delayed flight, beautiful room which was very spacious.

Very good, clean rooms. Good shower, good breakfast. Nice bar. Restaurant wasn't open in the weekend unfortunately :-(

15 minutes from the airport in the city center

Hotel located on the upper floors of a shopping center. Very friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms, rather basic but comfortable, lighting could probably be improved. Overall, a good stay. Communication about the parking could be improved, because the pedestrian entrance to the hotel (where Google Maps takes you) is on the opposite side from the parking lot, and to get there you have to drive around the city center again, which takes about 10 minutes.
