The convenience of our mini shop proved beneficial for your needs, and we appreciate your recognition of its value. However, we sincerely apologize that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Your comments about the bathroom have been noted, and we remain committed to addressing such matters promptly when guests alert us during their stay.
