Dear Giuseppe, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and its location. Regarding the additional charge, the amount of €46 corresponds to two breakfasts that were not included in your initial rate. This was explained at the time of payment prior to your departure. We apologize if this was not clear enough. Concerning the language spoken at reception, our team is usually multilingual, including Italian. Unfortunately, the Italian-speaking staff members were on leave during your stay. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide an even smoother experience.
