Purtroppo le finiture non sono di un 4*. La camera non disponeva di sapone per le mani e di bagnoschiuma. Non accortezza di pulizia. Non vi è la possibilità di aprire le finestre. Zona colazione molto spartana e tavoli non apparecchiati. Ristorante per la cena, male organizzato e gestito da 3 camerieri giovani che non riescono a fornire un servizio adeguato per il numero di ospiti. Qualità dei piatti mediocre. Comodo il parcheggio.

Hotel pulito e centrale, unica pecca che nessuno al ricevimento parlasse italiano. Prima di lasciare l'albergo mi viene chiesto la cifra di € 45,99 senza che nessuno mi spiegasse a cosa era dovuto, avendo pagato il tutto via internet sul sito ufficiale, ed ancora non ho avuto risposta.

Regarding the additional charge, the amount of €46 corresponds to two breakfasts that were not included in your initial rate. This was explained at the time of payment prior to your departure. We apologize if this was not clear enough. Concerning the language spoken at reception, our team is usually multilingual, including Italian. Unfortunately, the Italian-speaking staff members were on leave during your stay. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide an even smoother experience.
