Superbe hôtel avec une chambre très agréable et un cadre qui ressemble à un véritable cocon de verdure. Le personnel est accueillant et attentionné, avec une mention particulière pour l’un des barmans, « Natthaphong », pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Les restaurants sont de grande qualité, proposant des repas variés et savoureux. La plage est également très belle et parfaitement propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation.

Your feedback is very much appreciated. Regarding your note on the reservation of sun loungers, we understand that this is a common practice among guests. As you observed during your stay, we have a policy in place to ensure fair access for everyone. Sun loungers may not be reserved before 10am and after that time, if a lounger remains unused for one hour, our team will remove personal belongings so another guest may use it. Since implementing this process, we have found that loungers are generally available throughout the day and in the rare event that none are free, our recreation team is always happy to assist and provide additional loungers when needed. Expérience trop courte mais parfaite. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli merveilleusement par Prince, le manager et des membres de sa team. Surclassement en chambre avec accès direct par la terrasse à la piscine privative, vraiment magique, un grand merci à vous. Très belle décoration de bienvenue sur le lit avec des fleurs et un éléphant fait en serviette, mieux qu à la maison, chambre très agréable, sommeil parfait. Personnels charmants et très attentionnés. Accès direct à la plage, belle soirée au bar de la plage. Hôtel très bien intégré dans la végétation, on n a pas l impression qu il y a du monde alors que l hôtel était quasi complet. Petit bémol, le coût du transfert aéroport / hôtel assurément trop élevé, mais tellement pratique.
