Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la suite qui superbe. Voir photo ❤️ Le restaurant est très bon surtout les plats Indien, petit déjeuner est correcte le personnel du restaurant est compétent. Piscine, sauna et hammam super Point à travailler, le spa massage au pierre chaude très douloureux, j'ai l'habitude de faire se soin dans les hôtels Accor et autres car je l'adore mais là votre personnel n'est pas former. De retour en France j'ai du aller chez ostéopathe j'avais mal mal de partout, il faut faire attention avec les massages vous pouvez bloquer quelqu'un. Je les signalée à l'esthéticienne en insistant pas trop car ils renferment vite sur eux même et ne savent plus quoi mais nous connaissons les Malgaches car nous avons une société à Madagascar. C'est un manque de formation idem pour l'accueil lors du départ je voulais utiliser mes bon de ma carte Accor sauf que le personnel ne savait pas comment faire. Nous espérons que vous allez vous améliorer car nous allons revenir en juin juillet car nous venons une fois par ans afin de voir nos équipes.

Le seul point positif est la taille de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen, avec peu de choix, l'étanchéité de la salle de bain doit être revu (alors que l'hôtel est quasiment neuf) et le service est très approximatif. Enfin, le skybar est peu fréquenté en raison des prix pratiqués.

Had the Christmas dinner their , enjoyed the food , place , exceptional service. variety of tasty dishes , music (wasn't calm , and i asked for some songs which were responded to very quickly and professionally - thnk you). went to the roof after words for the count down , exceptional , dj was nice to play me a song i asked for , yet the only comment is to have a variety of international songs , but all in all excellent , very nice reception for the new year , exceptional service , nice nice nice - THANK YOU

The Hotel is Home a way from Home, wonderful Staff, good security and morden Technology. I stayed in the Hotel for a whole month, it's very clean with Morden rooms and close to social amenities. courteous Staff, Their Japanese Restaurant is Just out of This world. Steam Bath and Sauna. I enjoyed my one Month in This facility.

The hotel itself is new, clean and rather nice, but the service is tremendous. We spent one evening at the skybar and it was honestly so disappointing! The “entrance fee” is ridiculously high for a venue that is certainly nice, but not wonderful. The food was really not good. Lots of heavy fat deep fried stuff, a sushi that is far from a good one, and cherry on the cake, the complete lack of flexibility of the staff. I asked for a cocktail that was not on the menu, but all the ingredients (3) where right on front of me and the barman. Well, I couldn’t have it! there was no way to convince the barman that it was absurd to refuse a cocktail to a client who pays that amount of money just to step in the bar. Nothing, no way to have it. And I still had around 100 000 ariary to spend to cover the entrance fee. Of course we left, and will never come back again. Ridiculous
