Tutto bene! Hotel bello e ben posizionato con i mezzi pubblici e non x il centro di Praga... colazione con ampia scelta compresa frutta veramente ottima!!! Ristorante (a pagamento ovviamente) dentro l'hotel con cibo buono,compresa la pizza,ad un prezzo accettabile. Unica nota negativa sono le camere troppo buie.

Dear Felice, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Allow me to clarify a few points regarding our housekeeping procedures. Our rooms are cleaned every day, provided that there is no “Do Not Disturb” sign placed on the door handle. Our housekeeping team begins their work by preparing the departure rooms first, so that they are ready for new arriving guests at the official check-in time of 3:00 PM. Once the arrival rooms are prepared, the team continues with the stay-over rooms for guests who are already in-house. For this reason, the exact timing of cleaning may vary during the day and can sometimes take place in the afternoon. Regarding the air conditioning, we are sorry to hear that the noise disturbed your comfort. This is not standard, and if we had been informed during your stay, our technicians would have gladly checked the unit and done their best to resolve the issue. As for the bathroom amenities and the availability of slippers, these follow the Mama Shelter brand standards, which define the concept and equipment of our rooms across the hotels.
