Dear Felice, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Allow me to clarify a few points regarding our housekeeping procedures. Our rooms are cleaned every day, provided that there is no “Do Not Disturb” sign placed on the door handle. Our housekeeping team begins their work by preparing the departure rooms first, so that they are ready for new arriving guests at the official check-in time of 3:00 PM. Once the arrival rooms are prepared, the team continues with the stay-over rooms for guests who are already in-house. For this reason, the exact timing of cleaning may vary during the day and can sometimes take place in the afternoon. Regarding the air conditioning, we are sorry to hear that the noise disturbed your comfort. This is not standard, and if we had been informed during your stay, our technicians would have gladly checked the unit and done their best to resolve the issue. As for the bathroom amenities and the availability of slippers, these follow the Mama Shelter brand standards, which define the concept and equipment of our rooms across the hotels. Albergo bello e curato ma servizio pulizie giornaliere pessimo. Ho avuto le tazzine del caffè sporche sul tavolo della camera per tutto il soggiorno, asciugamani sporchi lasciati accumulati all’ingresso e servizio cortesia non rinnovato. La stanza praticamente non veniva pulita. Bicchieri sporchi e tazzine sul tavolo e sui comodini lasciati lì. Anche il servizio colazione lasciava molto a desiderare, inoltre non c’era posto per tutti gli ospiti dunque al mattino per sederti e fare colazione dovevi affidarti alla fortuna.

We are pleased to hear that you found the hotel beautiful and well maintained; however, we are truly sorry to read about your experience with housekeeping and breakfast service. What you describe regarding room cleanliness — unattended dirty cups, towels not being removed, and amenities not being refreshed — is certainly not acceptable and does not reflect our standards. All rooms are checked and approved daily by a housekeeping supervisor, and we will address this feedback internally to ensure such a situation does not happen again. Regarding breakfast, we regret that the seating capacity did not meet demand during your stay and that this impacted your experience. While we do our best to manage busy periods, we understand how frustrating this can be and are continuously working on improving the flow and organization during peak hours. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. Sono stata al Mama Shelter di Praga per 2 notti e mi è piaciuto tantissimo! L’hotel è super accogliente e moderno, e si respira un’atmosfera davvero rilassata e simpatica. Lo staff è stato fantastico — un ringraziamento speciale a Katie, Rene e Daria, che sono stati super gentili e sempre pronti ad aiutarmi con un sorriso. La camera era pulitissima e molto comoda, e la colazione… semplicemente top! Consiglio assolutamente questo posto a chi vuole vivere Praga in modo divertente e confortevole. Ci tornerei subito!
