Tutto perfetto dal punto di vista della reception, ci hanno anche concesso early check in in quanto la stanza era già pronta e lo abbiamo apprezzato molto. Camera un pò piccola per 4 persone e senza tanto posto per riporre vestiti e bagagli. Colazione e pulizia super. Piscina divina, compresi spogliatoi riforniti di tutto. Servizio bar/ristorante un pò lento e senza tanta competenza in inglese.

incomprensione durante il checkout. la camera è divisa da un'altra camera tramite una porta chiusa. non ci sono armati, solo un attaccapanni con poche cruccette. il bagno è piccolo ma funzionale. la doccia è ottenuta da una comune vasca da bagno al quale è stato applicata una lastra in vetro. poca la luce anche nello specchio. wc separato dal resto del bagno. poco ricircolo di aria. aria condizionata personalizzabile, finestra ampia ma non apribile se non per uno spiraglio. niente macchinetta del caffè, solo un bollitore. disponibile il frigo, dispenser in corridoio come da abitudine negli hotel di questa catena. buona la colazione, discreta varietà ma con possibilità di cucinare da soli i propri waffle. disponibile il servizio per la cottura espressa di una omelette.

Our rooms are designed according to the brand standards, including connecting doors in some rooms, kettles instead of coffee machines, and limited window opening for safety reasons.
