Really great stay. For an airport hotel it’s super value and a step above any other we have stayed in. Great bar. Great food selection. Safe parking and super comfy beds. But the main thing is the staff. They couldn’t have been nicer. We were exhausted getting off a flight with our 2 year old and Otis on the front desk for our check in was super with our son. Also the lady working with him. Full of smiles and good energy. We really appreciated it.

Another excellent stay here as always, a lovely weekend with stitching friends. The staff are all exceptional, always on hand to help with any query. Extra special mention to Sanjay who cooks the best food, Zara who ensures we have everything we need, the staff who look after use throughout the day Declan, Rafal,Jonathan and Sam, and Dimitar who looked after us in the restaurant on Thursday and Sunday evening. Customer service is top notch and I always look forward to staying here, looking forward to my return in September.

We went with a very large group for a retreat that we organised and the hotel were brilliant. The food was amazing, rooms were comfortable and the venue lovely. The best part of the stay was the staff at the hotel. Sanjay, Zara, Jonathan, Rafal and Dimitar took such good care of us, went the extra mile and made us feel welcome. Without them, it wouldn’t have been the same. We will definitely be going back!
