Love staying in Pullman hotel JLT, the staff is very friendly, It feels like they are part of your family, The love and care I got from Maryum from the housekeeping is wonderful, she is very caring and very polite

My bad experiance is with front desk in which they were not very helpful, there was a request to pay state tax which i had no AED to pay so i said i will py later, i wasnt told that i can pay in USD but rather when can i pay and i said 4:00pm and when i came back i was having to leave and my boss was in the car so i asked to pay later given that i will be around for a week when i came back at night my key was cancelled i felt treated like a thief and spoke to Duty manager this morning he wasn’t helpful at all As for house keeping all was good ( Ms Kiran Habibor) was very very helpful
