Definitely not a five star hotel. If you want to have a good night sleep, avoid the night when the nightclub is open.

We understand how important rest is during travel, and we sincerely apologize for the disturbances caused by the nightclub. While we can’t control the external noise, we appreciate your suggestion regarding informing guests about potential disruptions and will take that into account moving forward. It’s disappointing to hear that the rest of your experience, including interactions with staff and the overall hotel atmosphere, didn’t meet the high standards we aim to uphold. Your comments about the service are especially concerning, and we’ll ensure this is addressed with the team to improve our guest experience. We also regret that there was no recognition of your special occasions during your stay. That’s certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we’ll work on ensuring that these moments are acknowledged appropriately in the future.
