Kia Ora Akemi, Thank you for your review. We’re thrilled you enjoyed our Innovative interior, the spacious room, and the large bathtub. Please accept our deepest apologies for the service lapses: the refrigerator not cooling, garbage left in the room, and the mineral water not being replenished. This is unacceptable and not our standard. Your comments have been shared immediately with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for prompt corrective action.
