I love Ibis..it’s my go to when I want to see the sky..have the serene feeling with delicious meals & amazing cocktails. Alone or with friends I enjoy being there ..the music is fantastic too. For today I enjoyed the service of Gladys & kabura two wonderful ladies.

I stayed over a month in this hotel and everything went well. I liked my room (I guess it was a bit bigger than the rest by chance) I had good time in the restaurants and the bar. The staff was absolutely amazing: thank you Grace, Hanna, Dorina, Viola and especially Hellen! You were always very friendly and helpful.

Was referred to Ibis Styles by a friend who said it has the best food and services. I was welcomed by Viola. She is an amazing hostess and was a good listener and guide. Referred my friends already.

On my first day I instantly noticed the friendliness and professionalism of the staff compliment at Ibis Styles Westlands Nairobi. Grace the hostess went the extra mile to show me around when she spotted me curiously touring the roof top facilities. I felt so welcomed I took a table and encountered Pamela- a waitress with a warm smile and great dinner recommendation that had me feeling so welcome on my first day in Kenya. Kudos to this hotel- you are getting the service experience right. I am so grateful.

The hotel is very classy and the services are well done. I was very tired the day I checked in and Rita (one of the receptionist) was very kind to me. It is staffs like Rita that makes the experience even better. I totally recommend her.
