The hotel was so great. Stayed for business. Loved the rooms. Very clean. Rooftop had beautiful views. The staff are great. Viola and Elinah were welcoming at the restaurant . Phillip and Fred had amazing customer service

I stayed at Iblis Hotel for one night and had a pleasant overall experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. Dinner was included and exceeded expectations, with a good variety of dishes and fresh flavors. The restaurant atmosphere was calm and enjoyable, and service was prompt. Had a lovely stay at the hotel. I loved my room view. The room was very clean. Location was very safe. Good value money. Lovely service from Elinah and Hellen. Was served by Consolata at the rooftop. Great service

Went here for a conference. Loved my experience. Lewis and robert was always ready to help. The lunch was so good. Got to try Kenyan food. The staff are really kind. Met Elina and Hellen, very kind and welcoming. Fred had amazing service.
