Really nice stay at a lovely hotel

I stayed here for 5 nights , the hotel is bright , modern and has a wonderful rooftop bar. The staff here are very welcoming, professional and attentive. Special mention to Kevin on reception , it seemed to me he really cares that the people using the hotel are well looked after. The roof top bar is lovely, popular and a great place to grab a drink or bite to eat , Brian and Evelyne were particularly friendly and offered great local knowledge. The hotel is safe , very close to many bars, restaurants, shopping. Highly recommended

Kevin at the front desk was so kind and literally so helpful! All my 5 stars go to him 💯 My room was so clean as well and when I rang the reception for something I needed delivered to my room, I got it in literally less than 5 minutes. Collect your flowers Ibis ❤️

The reception was fantastic.Was checked in by Pauline who went over and above.She made me feel home away from home.Elizabeth was really welcoming.Loved the experience at the restaurant ,met Pamela and Songa who were really warm.My lunch was prepared by Chef Amos who was exceptional.

I loved my 3rd time at Ibis.Loved the cleanliness of the rooms.Pauline was amazing and engaging on checkout. Elinah was warm and friendly. Grace made me feel at home and the cocktails were brilliant. The breakfast was really great.Will surely be back soon.Faith K was so welcoming.

Best place in Westlands to be!rooms are small but service is top notch.5 star experience keeps me coming back!came to the rooftop to watch a game and was with the help of faith K ..decided to try out other services and true to it the service was amazing.
