Had a fabulous time with family and friends. Beautiful hotel with dreamy gardens. Mr P Kumar, Geoffrey, Ruth,Praxides, Leah ,all ensured we got seamless service . The food was delicious hats off to Chef Paul, William and the production team. Mirriam and Joyce ensured we had a good time as Hendricks made some refreshing cocktails at the cincin . Would definitely recommend . MK

Lovely historic hotel, was a little tricky and slow communicating with admin staff in advance of arrival but once we checked in the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The rate we booked included a 50 mins massage and was literally the best one i’ve had anywhere in the world ! Food in bar and breakfast was great , would stay here again.

Historic hotel with lush landscaping. Lots of places to sit and meet both indoors and outdoors. The staff was impeccable. Food especially the breakfast buffet was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for location service and value. I'd also recommend the hotel driver Samuel who is very knowledgeable about sites to see and shopping locations that are not all listed on trip advisor. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our four night stay here. Centrally located nothing was more than 30 mins away. And only 5 mins from the national museum

Easy and Very Comfortable

The Fairmont Norfolk made our entry into Nairobi easy and enjoyable. We used their drivers for airport transports and for touring around Nairobi, and they were excellent! We liked the comfort and quiet of the hotel. We appreciated the 24 hour room service, which we used for almost all of our meals there. The concierge arranged our drive to the Mara and our flight back, and it all went seamlessly. The staff could not have been nicer. My only caveat is that we only ate/drank at the Norfolk while in Nairobi and my daughter got tourista. It almost certainly was from something that she ate/drank at the Norfolk. In Kenya a lot of Westerners seem to develop stomach issues. Even at the best hotels, it's probably wise to take preventative measures.
