My wife and I stayed here while in Kenya for our honeymoon and they treated us like royalty. They gave us a dessert and a song while eating dinner and decorated our room with roses as a surprise. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. The staff are extremely accommodating. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We did the couples massage and anti aging facial - pure bliss.

A historic hotel that is absolutely luxurious. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is five star! It was a great way to start off our first trip to Africa! Beautiful grounds and facilities! We felt very safe.I highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful experience. The staff was fantastic, friendly, warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The room was comfortable, the food fantastic. We ate a few times in the Cin Cin Bar which had a complete menue. The presentation of the food was beautiful...they say you taste first with your eyes and that is true here. We also ate at the Lord Delamere Terrace and the food and service was equally as good.

Went for dinner at Lord Delamere restaurant with friends. The food was delicious and the ambience perfect. Isaac who was our waiter was very attentive, polite and did a good job with our meal and wine recommendation. All in all a good night made better by good service.

A 100 year old property with a classic charm.. Green and grand. Tatu , the fine dining restaurant is famous but we didn’t get a chance to eat there. The lounge and bar is a great place to spend a lazy afternoon or evening with friends. Warm service and great food. The spa was very good.
