I'm writing this review for the warmest welcome I received upon checking in, I was so devastated from the airport, having lost my luggage which had almost every thing that I was supposed to used for my business meeting. I remember I cried during the drive to the hotel, I was so frustrated, but upon reaching the hotel a lady by the name Faith welcomed me with such a bright smile, she saw my puffy eyes asked me if I'm doing okay I told her no, and being emotional, tears fell down she sat me down, somewhere private offered tissues, did my check in, and even escorted me to the room, made sure I was okay. I didn't even get to tip her!. What an amazing person, she so much understood that I just wanted to be alone and collect myself. ibis you have a gem right there with you. I didn't even get to see her again! and thank her when I was all collected. I asked for her and was told she was on her off day on Friday, which is the day I was checking out. Thank you very much Faith, you are an amazing person and may God bless you for me!

I had a wonderful experience in Nairoi Kenyan in Ibis hotel and I use the opportunity to visit Sarit Mall

The Ibis hotel is one of the best hotels in Nairoi Kenya, the meeting halll was fine. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, friendly and receptive and most especially the complimentary break fast was enjoyable. Thanks to Grace for her hospitality.

My stay was lovely. The staff are amazing. The place is secure. The ambience is so beautiful. Their meals are delicious and they have a wide range to choose from. Elinah and Joseph at the front desk were really amazing and lovely. The customer service was amazing. Thank you for the warm stay

I had a lovely stay. Reception was awesome. The staff are really kind. Faith the manager was so welcoming and I loved her customer service. Elinah was kind and helpful at the check in. She was really helpful with directions. Joseph was awesome and helped me to the room. The food was awesome and everything was nice

Had an awesome time at Ibis.Had popped in for lunch with my friends.Pauline at the reception was welcoming and very professional.She took us for a show round as we are having plans to come for a conference.The hotel is pocket friendly and the views are just amazing.Kudos to Chef Dan.
