Lovely clean and comfortable, enjoyed our stay, helpful and friendly staff. Very close to attractions. Compact but very doable. Restaurants were excellent. Walk around the hotel and come to cafe, artisan grocery and some shops for easy browsing

I got the best treatment ever from Gladys form the utamu restaurant Not even mention my house keepers Maggy and Brenda Everyone made my experience to be the best I'm looking forward to coming back and have more experience of this establishment

Visited Ibis to celebrate my sister's birthday. Oh we had a time! Everything was perfect.. From the reception we were warmly welcomed with Lydia Ombui and Mercy who were so nice to us. At Kilele Perpetua was our waitress and she made us feel at home.. She was so kind to us.. Ibis is definitely the place you are looking for to celebrate your birthdays❤️❤️!

The Ibis Styles Nairobi is just the place to be. My friend and I had the best experience from the reception, clean rooms and topped up with Kilele Nyama roof top restaurant. The food was scrumptious and the mixologist Oscar just made our night. Kuddos to Oscar!!!

The place is amaizing but the rooms are very small🥺. I love the place though, rich culture and diversity. The food is amaizing, the band is on point, the drinks are Perfecto . The view is breath taking and above all the customer service is excellent. Good job guys.
