We conducted a Study Abroad course with 17 students at Ibis Styles Westlands. With its excellent service, well-equipped meeting rooms, and healthy buffet meals, it proved to be a great location for our group. Special shout-outs to Robert and Steve for setting up the conference rooms and IT, to Lucy in Housekeeping, and to Hellen and the chefs at the Utamu restaurant, who were all so gracious and helpful.

I stayed at Ibis Westlands for 3 weeks (traveling with students for a study abroad program) and had a fabulous stay from beginning to end. Where to begin? The room was very comfortable and spacious, the food was scrumptious (thanks to Dennis in the rest of the kitchen staff), the dining room staff were friendly and very patient with my large group (thanks to Helen, Viola, Simon, Bryan, Fred, Pamela and Grace; a special thanks to them for singing "happy birthday" to my students who celebrated their birthdays in Nairobi!), the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and warm (thanks to Kevin and Joseph), the conference staff was very professional and informative (thanks to Robert and Lewis), and the security guards were so kind and welcoming that I sometimes ended up chatting with them instead of heading to my destination (thanks to Enos, Dorin, and Caroline). I have stayed at other hotels in Nairobi, this is by far the best one, 10 stars -Sarah

This is a good value hotel in Nairobi with good security. Go for the suite - it's much bigger (the one we had looks like it used to be two separate rooms, so it had two bathrooms!). Really worth it. Good air conditioning, comfy beds, great showers. Exactly what you would expect from an Ibis Styles. Friendly staff and good eating options as well.

Shout out to Joseph the tuktuk driver. Showed us around the area and we had a great time exploring the area. My young son got the chance to drive, under supervision and had an experience he will not soon forget. Great service and all included in the package

Two days here before Safari started.

We stayed 2 nights here before we started a Safari. We had a good experience here - the rooms were nice although small but the personnel were great and helpful. The bar upstairs outstanding and the restaurant was OK - wish they'd had more choices for dinner items. We got rested up and were raring to go. This was in the city and very safe. Pleasant stay.
