The hotel staff service is amazing :) but regarding the Rooms, they are too small and have no basic facilities like a swimming pool, room mini fridge and cupboards and the AC system is broken and the policy of using a card to enter the elevator and each floor door is such a nuisance!

It was a lovely experience. Staff were very kind and attentive, especially The two Sharons from house keeping. My room equally was very clean and comfortable. Great job.
