Amazing Hotel

The reception is very warm and welcoming.Was checked in by Pauline and Faith K who were were professional and well informed.Breakfast is always great.Our dinner has is really good.The location is convenient for the business people.Ibis is home.

Excellent Group Experience and Warm Hospitality

I have organised a group session at the hotel for over 20 people and everything was handled with great professionalism. The team was responsive and flexible throughout the planning process, and the evening buffet dinner was of very high quality — our participants were really pleased. On a personal note, I was particularly impressed by the warm welcome from the staff. The atmosphere at the hotel is both friendly and professional, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

Awesome experience

Had a fabulous experience at Ibis.Came in with my family and was warmly welcomed by Pauline at the reception.She directed us to Kilele.Was amazed by the new look of the roof.A real masterpiece.The location is also favourable,as it's at the centre of everything.A swimming pool would also be ideal.

Overrated and pricey.

No water in the room (apart from bathroom tap). No refridgerator. One hook to hang towels in the very small bathroom. No storage for clothes just clothes hangers on the wall. Plus side: very friendly and helpful staff and very clean. Be prepared to live out of a suitcase.
