Pretty much what you'd expect from budget hotel. Rooms are clean and serviced daily. Good shower. Tv with good amount of channels. Fridge to put your own drinks etc. Beds comfortable. Didn't have breakfast so cant comment but bar not well stocked. Wine and beer ok but if you want anything beyond gin, vodka or blended whiskey they dont have it. Staff pleasant and knowledgable about transport options etc.

Every was wrong from the beginning.I reserved a room for two person with breakfast and then I communicated that I Would arrive alone.They reduced the price, avoidng three breakfasts only 20 euros.When they gave me the room, nothing in the bathroom was working:the shower and sink faucet were broken.Unbielevable.When I asked for a bandaid, they gave me the last one in all the hotel.The shower mat was missing and so the floor was slippery..In the reservation was written that I would pay in the hotel, and they charged the all sum the first day, even though they had my credit card warranty.And also the day before my arrival they asked me anyway another warranty for first day that after my departure was still lying there.So I'm conclusion, not Ibis style, but Ibis finance company, no maintance, no support from receptio.Really a bad hotel with a really bad money for value.The only positive note was the woman manager for breakfast that was really organized with a speedy breakfast for all customers.Surely, I will not reserve this hotel any more

The room was spacious, well equipped, and clean. Breakfast was super with a plethora of fresh and delicious food. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. For a 3* hotel, the service was excellent! The price was a little high, however, and the distance to the city center was not negligible.

The location of this hotel was great, a short taxi ride from the airport and close to various transport options. It was also a 3-5 min walk from the hop on/hop off bus tours. For the price this hotel was great, the room was always clean, we were provided with new towels each day and the shower was great. The first night I was only given one pillow. The next morning I asked reception for a 2nd pillow and this was provided that day. We also had a room with a balcony which was lovely after a long day out in Lisbon. Overall, the staff were really friendly and the room was clean and perfect for what we needed. This hotel was really used as a place to lie our heads after days of sightseeing. We did not have breakfast included on our stay but there was plenty of lovely bakeries close by!

Well, what can I say, there is nothing “styles” about this hotel. When I entered the hotel, it gave me a CitizenM vibe, which by the way are great and Ibis is trying to emulate. But far from successful on this attempt! The lack of attention of details and the details are definitely important, they could be the difference between a cute little hotel, to a disaster. First and foremost, the bathroom: there is mold in the lower shower railing, all the soap/shampoo dispensers were all facing away from the sink/shower which makes it awkward at the best and annoying/uncomfortable! There was a long hair in the shower which most definitely didn’t belong to me! There were no full body towels to be used. The curtains were undone in the room and the lamps (big plastic round globes) were opaque of some kind of unidentifiable grease. The best is the towel holder was coming off the wall. These are not difficult to manage. It seems there is not building management. None. Well, it could have been a fantastic experience but it felt short of a cheap hotel stay. Nevermore styles!
