We apologize for the overpowering smell in the lobby – we understand how it can be overwhelming, and we'll work to make sure it's more subtle moving forward. We appreciate your note about the pool area being shaded after noon. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the lunch buffet, although we understand that a variety of options could make it more appealing to all tastes.
