I stayed on the Club Floor from September 4th to 6th, 2024. The staff were consistently attentive and polite, but Mandy, the Club Floor Manager, really stood out. She was not only gracious and attentive but also went above and beyond to assist me with a delivery service. Although this request was against hotel policy, Mandy made an exception when she realized it was important for my return to my home country. Her willingness to make this exception reflects excellent judgement and true leadership. Keep up the great work!

A good choice to stay in the hotel especially when outside is extremely cold ( Still You cannot expect the swimming pool to be higher than 30 degree right ). We had a good time by having the afternoon tea and using the Sauna Facilities.

Very well received from the check-in, staff helped me take my luggages and walk me directly through the lobby. My personal butler help me do a very quick check-in and ask me everything I need, really helpful. Fairmont Gold team is excellent, Jessica, Mandy, Zoey, they just try everything to meet my demands, really nice! Housekeeping staff is also at the top level, Zhu Xiao fang help me to fill water and do gave me back my laundries on time, amazing service, xiexie🌹 Briefly, i did enjoy my stay there as a business/casual trip. Probably come back next time when I back in town.
