I loved my stay at the Fairmont Austin. I especially want to call attention to the service provided by Ana Robles who cleaned and prepared my room. The attention to detail was so apparent and deeply appreciated. Thank you, Ana!

Very nice facility and great service. it was first time to visit without any experience in the past, however I could enjoy the stay, and it was good to access to the mail street from the hotel by walk

We had a great stay at the Fairmont Austin. We were treated very well and the property was very well maintained and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped. We requested a mini-fridge and a microwave and they were delivered quickly and with a smile. We used the pool area, the fitness room, bell service, a courtesy vehicle and driver and all were great. We were there during the annual Christmas Tree Lighting program and it was very nice with complimentary holiday food and music. We even got our picture made with Santa! We were in town on business but had a great stay while there and will definitely stay again.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at The Fairmont. I was there to celebrate my birthday and was upgraded to a room with a view. The front desk was also kind enough to comp me a bottle of proseco. The hotel is looks really nice and has great amenities. It's location downtown was also convenient.
