It has been two weeks since I checked out and they still haven’t refunded me 150 dinars for the room and don’t reply to emails either. The hotel itself is in a good location but customers shouldn’t have to reach out multiple times to get something back that belongs to them.

Cancel booking with them but I don't get money refunded.

Hello again, I sent you over 20 email but you never ever reply. When are you going to refund JOD 348.93 for the booking, MXGLDMTQ that I cancel. Not sure why such a big hotel do this what so ever, Why is it so hard to refunded money that should be refunded 5 months ago Thank you

We had a conference at Fairmont, I must say its staff is one of the best any event manager would want to team up with. Loay abu rabee Mohammad wishah and all relevant staff were there through out the conference assisting, supporting, and ready for last . Rooms are nice and comfy, dining places are nice, with very friendly staff namely Thaer Safi.

I wanted to share with you a bit about my stay at the faimont hotel.. It was more than amazing. I was really happy really satisfied with everything the room the view ,breakfast,cleanliness,spa ,pool and the amazing staff as well I really wanted to thank you for everything I spent there my birthday and you really shared an amazing birthday with me i am really grateful . And the kitchen team was so nice and friendly specially shef abu gazi and zied both were more than amazing people Thank you a lot for everything With so much respect and love I hope you have a wonderful day. Great stay and amazing service

Everything was great. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and come with great amenities (workspace, minibar, coffee maker). The gym was well equipped and clean. The service was superb. I lost my phone on the plane on the way to Jordan and the staff were super helpful in tracking it down and helping me get it back when I was already resigned to never seeing it again. Roa'a was absolutely amazing with this, but also helping make sure that everything else about my stay was great, including restaurant and spa recommendations. The spa was luxurious (thanks to Nadia). Last but not least is the amazing breakfast. There are plenty of breakfast options but the best part was having pita straight out of the oven with fresh hummus and lebneh.
